Yes that's right, Americans in Madison, with representatives from 12 nations in attendance. I thought I'd seen it all, but kite flying on ice, you must be joking? What will they come up with next? ( best not answer that one! )

Sounds strange but it look's like a lot of fun!

YES YOU ARE RIGHT, KITE FLYERS ARE ALL QUACKERS! OH ALL RIGHT, BUT THE OLD UN'S ARE THE BEST!

Takes me all my time staying upright at the best of times, without trying to fly a kite whilst keeping balanced on
ice!

( who said too much booze!)

I must apologize for not including the names of all the makers and flyers of the wonderful kites displayed on this site, but unfortunately they are too numerous and many are unknown to me!
